Having experienced numerous busy hotel receptions with calls going unanswered, both as client and as hotel management, Perfect Reception was founded in 2017 to ensure that hotels optimised reception services, bookings, customer service, staff and ultimately revenue.

Perfect Reception provides reception and reservation outsourcing for many of Ireland’s leading four and five star hotels. The experience is seamless for the customer, with trained Perfect Reception agents in a position to answer questions on every detail of the hotel, make sale conversions, book rooms, spa treatments and anything else that a customer may need.
